Please note:

  1. Registration does not guarantee admission. Admission will depend on the number of seats available.
  2. All communications will be sent to the guardian’s address, or via e-mail/mobile alert. The School authorities shall in no way be responsible for non-receipt of any communication so conveyed.
  3. Both the parents of a child/pupil are required to be present on the day at the time notified for verification of documents. If for any reason one parent is unable to be present, the School Office should be informed in writing of the fact and the reason thereof well in advance.
  4. This Form, duly filled in, along with all requisite enclosures, should be submitted to the Website Application along with an Online payment of Rs. 1000.
    + Online transaction charges as applied by respective banks.
  5. On the successful submission of the online application form, an acknowledgement mail will be sent to the guardian's email address provided in the form. The mail will have a link to download the submitted form. A printout of the form has to be carried at the time of verification of documents.

Accepted file formats are .jpg, .png and .pdf. The maximum size of each file cannot be more than 1 MB.

These are the mandatory documents that we need to be uploaded:

  1. Self-attested copy of birth certificate/document produced as evidence of date of birth
  2. Self-attested copy of proof of residence
  3. Original certificate from a registered medical practitioner/paediatrician stating that the child/pupil is physically fit to attend school
  4. Class X Selection Test / Equivalent Examination Marksheet Certificate (for Application for Admission to Class XI only)
  5. Photograph of Mother
  6. Photograph of child
  7. Photograph of Father

Optional documents :

  1. Self-attested copy of the latest Progress Report Card.
    (Not required for admission till Class II)

For Application for Admission to Class XI only:

  1. Character Certificate (Mandatory for External Students)

We/I understand and agree that the misrepresentation or omission of any pertinent fact, particularly with regard to the health of the child/pupil concerned, will justify the denial or cancellation of admission, if and when granted. We/I further understand and agree that the School will not be responsible for any adverse effect of such misrepresentation or omission, and the liability of the School will be limited only to refunding the Caution Money Deposit, if any, paid by us/me.

We/I have read the School Rules and Regulations (including the Fee Rules) carefully, and agree to abide by the rules and regulations mentioned therein. We/I understand that these rules and regulations, including the structure of School fees, may be modified and amended from time to time, and agree to pay the same.

We/I fully understand that once admission is granted to any class, no fee, excepting the Caution Money Deposit and Laboratory Deposit (where applicable), will be refunded even if the pupil is withdrawn from the School before/without attending a single class.

We/I also understand that admission to any class from Nursery I – Class IX does not guarantee automatic admission to Class XI.

We/I shall not hold the School or any member of its staff wholly or partly responsible for any mishap, accident or injury which, in spite of the normal precautions taken by the School, might befall or be suffered by our/my ward during the period of his/her stay in the School, while travelling to or from School by School transport or during any educational tour, excursion, or camp arranged for by the School.
