The pupils of Class II celebrated Rabindra Jayanti with great zeal and reverence to commemorate the 165th birth anniversary of Kobi Guru Rabindranath Tagore. The programme commenced with a narration highlighting the early life of the legendary poet. This was followed by a melodious choir performance.

Academic Excellence

The school runs from Pre Nursery to Class XII through Pre Primary, Primary, Middle, Secondary, and Higher Secondary departments. The School educates its pupils to think independently and rationally focusing on understanding, questioning and continuous assessment rather than rote learning. The teacher-pupil ratio is around 1:20.

Co-curricular Excellence

Co curricular activities are integral and diverse including music, art, sports, robotics, public speaking etc. Activity Clubs such as Scouts & Guides, Quiz Club, Nature Club, Film Club and several others help build confidence, teamwork and community awareness.

Extra-curricular Excellence

The school regularly hosts debates, quizzes, exhibitions, sports meets and cultural programmes. Pupils are encouraged to participate in the inter-House School events, the inter-School events and pursue such faculties in their own capacity.

My daughter has been studying at Garden High School since Nursery 1 in 2015, and our experience has been very positive. The junior section was extremely caring and ensured that learning was enjoyable for young children. Even during the COVID-19 lockdown, the school conducted regular online classes with individual attention and encouraged activities like yoga, music, and creative sessions. In middle school, the focus shifted to discipline, academic excellence, and co-curricular development, where she actively participated in activities such as debate, elocution, Model United Nations, the GHS Film Club, and many more, enhancing her confidence and skills. Currently in Class 9, she continues to benefit from the school’s academic rigor and emphasis on answering with precision, and overall, I am fully satisfied with my decision to enroll her here.
